
David Hayes
David has over 25 years of experience working as a piano technician, rebuilder, and educator. He loves enriching the lives of his customers through his craft and sharing that knowledge with other technicians.
He and his wife, Kathy, founded Artisan Piano Services in 2005, which has grown to become one of the largest and most successful piano servicing companies in the country. Over the last 20 years, David has helped educate hundreds of technicians and is excited to continue passing on his experience.

Jake Putnam
Jacob has over 25 years of experience as a field technician and piano rebuilder. He has worked for some of the finest piano retailers in the Southwest and has helped train technicians throughout his career. He loves people and truly has the heart of a teacher.
Jake is a Registered Piano Technician with the Piano Technicians Guild and an active member of the organization. He has helped administer the RPT exam and has worked closely with some of the most recognizable technicians in the industry.

Stacey Beadle
Stacey has been immersed in all things piano for nearly 15 years, working in piano servicing, store operations, and even retail piano sales. Her heart has always been in empowering and helping piano technicians achieve their dreams.
She has a particularly strong background in high-end retail piano sales, specializing in premium brands such as Bechstein and Bösendorfer. As a top performer in both sales and operations, she is highly sought after within the industry, and we are honored to have her as part of our team.

Cobrun Sells
Cobrun has been part of the Artisan Piano Services team since 2020. He is a Certified Piano Technician through the Piano Technician Academy, studied piano technology in Montreal, QC, and received additional training with Wessel, Nickel & Gross in Phoenix, AZ. He studied Music Performance – Percussion at the University of Wisconsin and is also a pianist with a background as a choral accompanist.
Cobrun has helped run and grow Artisan locations in both Seattle, Washington, and Denver, Colorado. With a deep understanding of how the piano works—along with the nuances and intricacies within—he is able to problem-solve at a very high level. He has a heart for helping others in the same way he was supported throughout his own career and is passionate about sharing the knowledge he has gained.
