For over 20 years, we have honed the craft of Pianocraft, elevated the customer experience, and changed the way the industry approaches piano service. With locations across multiple states and more than 25,000 customers, we have become the nation's largest piano servicing company.
We hit a wall in this industry: there are very few people both willing and able to teach the next generation. Good instruction is hard to find and often expensive. We were contacted again and again to mentor budding technicians, so we built the school we wished we'd had when we were starting out.
We've encountered a major issue within the piano servicing industry: there's a shortage of people who are both willing and able to help the next generation master their craft. Over the years, we've been contacted time and again to teach and mentor budding piano technicians.
For many, finding quality piano instruction and mentoring is nearly impossible due to limited availability or the high cost of training. We created The Artisan School to help educate and empower the next generation of piano technicians.
